Each morning hunters arise before dawn to a contintenal breakfast. Hunters are driven to the blinds where decoys are redied. Morning hunters are typically in the field for geese and ducks. After the hunt you will return to the lodge for a professionally prepared breakfast.
Afternoons can be spent at the lodge relaxing or shooting sporting clays, upland hunting, sight seeing, river boat tours, goose and duck calling instruction, fishing, retriever training and handdling instruction, cleaning guns and preparing for the evening hunt.
Evenings at Canada Maximas are filled with duck hunting over decoys in adjoining marsh area of grain fields or upland hunting, on the occasion your waterfowl limits have not been reached in the morning hunts. After the hunt cocktails and dinner will be provided in the comfort of the lodge, where you can watch and listen to the geese returning to the sanctuary of the river. On the clear nights you can sit around the open fire and marvel at the beauty of the Majestic Northern Lights.
