SCHEDULE & RATESSeasonThe shooting program at Canada Maximas runs each year from September 1st until the end of October with arrivals on Sundays and departures on Fridays. We also accommodate the 3 day hunt with arrival on Sunday and departure Wednesday or arrival Wednesday and departures Sunday Daily ScheduleEach morning, hunters arise before dawn to a continental breakfast. Then you will be driven to the blinds. Decoys are readied just before first light and guides will check essentials, expected flight paths and possible wind shift. You will have the option to utilize our professional guides on staff, or you and your party will have the pleasure of controlling calling of the birds. The guides will monitor the progress of the hunt along with you. With the help of our pro guides at Canada Maximas , you will see why limit shoots are the rule rather than the exception. After the shoot you will return to the lodge for a fully complimented and hearty breakfast. Afternoons or evenings are filled with duck hunting over decoys in grain fields or adjoining marsh areas. After cocktails and dinner in the comfort of the lodge, watch and listen to the geese returning to the sanctuary of the river and on clear nights marvel at the beauty of the Northern Lights. CML will accommodate up to eighteen hunters per week during the season. Goose hunting is usually arranged in three parties of six. For duck hunting, parties are generally smaller, with groups of two or three going in different directions each afternoon. Overview of DayAM
